Procrastination Isn't The Only Thing Keeping You From Writing

by The Procrastinating Writer on March 25, 2008

A few months back I was wandering around in my head, trying to figure out why I love to write, and yet I still don’t sit down and actually write. This is a thought I’ve been pondering for many years now, but that day, unlike most other days, I actually found the answer.

It all started when I was reading an article about marketing forwarded to me by a co-worker. In the article, the author was giving online marketing writing examples, and mentioned the website http://www.copyblogger.com/. Intrigued, I clicked on the link and went to the site. And it was there that I found the answer to what holds me back from writing, even though I love it more than anything…

Fear.

Take a second to digest that, then read the blog post: The Nasty Four-Letter Word That Keeps You From Writing on Copyblogger.

You’ll be just as amazed as I was.

Next thing we need to do is figure out just how to release the tight grasp fear has on us and get to work. Any ideas?
