Allison,
This article came at exactly the right time! When I was working and had a schedule, I was productive. But having Me for a boss....that's another story. I have the idea for a book and the mind of four year old when it comes to implementing a schedule or to-do list. I've typed out as INFP and have a difficult time with "set-in-stone" schedules so your ideas are great. This is my first novel after years of procrastinating and now I have the tools to go forward.
Love and Light and many thanks,
Lauren

Thank you so much, Allison! I've installed "Hour Guard". I already have a to-do-list and I will start making better use of it.

It is helpful to remember that a boss wouldn't put up with my usual "work" behavior.
