More than focus, even, is what we spend our TIME on. I find myself spending way too much time on nothing... rambling along through my day without consciously thinking about what I want to get done, what my goals for the day are.... If I'm going to finish any writing project (let alone START it) I have got to figure out how to control my urge to let the day happen, rather than MAKE it happen. Thanks for the kick in the butt!
