		<description>Great post, Megs!  I like how you&#039;ve organized and explained each function of the process; my favorite parts are about how essential rest is, and about revision being re-envisioning.  I&#039;ve experienced the benefits of rest (sometimes intentional, sometimes not) and you are so right, it&#039;s such a necessary time for the subconscious to work through issues.  And, as far as the &#039;re-envisioning&#039; goes, I&#039;d never thought about it quite like that, but I&#039;m glad you did.  That&#039;s the perfect way to describe what happens!  :)
